PDF stamps are used to indicate a document's status, classification or approval. Adding them used to require Adobe Acrobat Pro. This free tool lets you stamp any PDF directly in your browser in seconds.

Preset Stamps

Choose from eight ready-made stamps: APPROVED (green), REJECTED (red), CONFIDENTIAL (amber), DRAFT (purple), COPY (grey), PAID (teal), VOID (dark red) and ORIGINAL (blue). Select the one that matches your document's status, and it will be generated as a transparent image for you to place on the page.

Custom Stamp Upload

Need a company seal, department logo or custom stamp? Upload any PNG, JPG or WebP image as your stamp. PNG files with transparent backgrounds produce the cleanest results. Your stamp will appear on the document exactly as it looks in the uploaded image.

Placing the Stamp

After choosing your stamp, a preview of your PDF appears with the stamp overlaid. Drag the stamp to the correct position — top-right corner, bottom of the page, over the signature line or anywhere else. Use the blue corner handle to resize it to match the document. When positioned correctly, click Apply to process and download your stamped PDF.
