PDF Organisation — Compress PDF files to reduce email attachment sizes, merge multiple PDFs into one document, split a PDF into individual pages or page ranges, rotate sideways scans, reorder pages by specifying a custom page sequence, add page numbers, and repair damaged or corrupted PDF files using Ghostscript.

PDF Security & Signing — Sign PDFs with a drawn signature or an uploaded PNG (including transparent signatures), add official-looking stamps (APPROVED, CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT etc.), apply text watermarks, password-protect PDFs, unlock password-protected PDFs, redact sensitive content by drawing black boxes, and translate PDF text content using AI.

Image Tools Overview

Image Format Conversion — Convert between JPG, PNG and WebP formats in any direction. WebP produces files 25–35% smaller than JPG at equivalent visual quality — ideal for websites. All converters support batch processing with ZIP archive download.

Image Editing & Optimisation — Compress JPG, PNG and WebP images with three quality presets. Resize images by maximum dimension while preserving aspect ratio. Rotate or flip images. Add text watermarks. Convert colour photographs to black and white with three conversion algorithms (luminosity, average, desaturation).

Links & Codes

Two utility tools round out the toolset: a URL Shortener that creates clean short links with optional custom codes, and a QR Code Generator that converts any URL or text into a scannable QR code image. Both support bulk mode.

File Size Limits by Tool Category

All tools accept files up to 80 MB per upload. For multi-file tools (Merge PDF, Image Compressor, Image Resizer etc.), the 80 MB limit applies to the total combined size of all uploaded files. If your file exceeds this limit:

Browser and Device Requirements

All tools work in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on desktop and mobile. JavaScript must be enabled for file upload zones and download triggers to function. No browser extensions or plugins are required. File selection works from local storage, cloud drives (Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive) and directly from phone camera rolls on mobile devices.
