Adding a signature to a PDF used to require printing, signing and scanning. This tool eliminates all of that. Upload your PDF, provide your signature(s) — by drawing or uploading saved PNG images — then drag each one precisely to the correct spot on the document. The whole process takes under a minute.

Signing with Two Signatures

The Upload Signature(s) tab lets you add two separate signature images in one pass. This is useful when a document requires signatures from two different people — for example, both parties to a contract, or a document requiring a signature and an initials mark. Upload each signature image to its own slot, proceed to the placement step, then drag them independently to their correct positions.

Uploading a Signature PNG

The cleanest result comes from a PNG with a transparent background. Sign your name on white paper with a dark pen, photograph it, then remove the white background using a free tool like remove.bg. A transparent-background PNG looks completely natural on the document with no white box around the signature. JPG files also work but will show a white or coloured rectangle around the signature.

Drawing Your Signature

Use the Draw Signature tab to sign directly in your browser using your mouse or finger on a touchscreen. Adjust the pen size and colour. The drawing is captured as a PNG and carried forward to the placement step as Signature 1. If you need two signatures, use the Upload tab instead and upload both as image files.

Placing and Resizing Signatures

After uploading, a preview of your PDF's first page appears with each signature overlaid. Drag each one independently to the exact position needed. Use the blue corner handle on each signature to resize it proportionally. When everything looks correct, click Apply to process and download the final signed PDF.

Legal note: For contracts requiring legally verified e-signatures, use a certified e-signature service. An image-based signature placed on a PDF is a visual representation and may not meet requirements for qualified electronic signatures in all jurisdictions.
